I Enterprise Ltd trading as AgenticEcom provides these plugins and their purchase-delivery service. This page describes the WordPress product flow; the website’s general privacy policy also applies when you use agenticecom.net.
Inside WordPress
The plugins have no usage analytics, remote fonts, AI account or hosted scanning service. Admin Answers reads local values and stores user pins. Client Help Kit stores cards, contacts and settings locally. Security Brief stores the latest 12 snapshots, notes and report contacts locally. Your host and WordPress administrators control the site database and backups.
Text/JSON exports and printed reports are created at your request and can contain private site information. Admin Answers excludes email addresses from its support summary by default. Review files before sharing them.
Optional purchase connection
Only when you connect a paid purchase for updates, the plugin sends your purchase key, plugin identifier and site address over HTTPS to agenticecom.net/wordpress-delivery/api. Later entitlement/update checks use that connection. No pages, user accounts, order contents, reports or guide text are sent by this connection.
Purchase delivery
Our dedicated Cloudflare-hosted service stores a hash of the purchase key, the Paddle transaction identifier, purchased products/plan, service dates and connected site addresses to deliver downloads and manage entitlements. The raw purchase key is displayed to the buyer and is not stored as an order field on our service. The private access file contains that key: keep it secure.
Checkout stores a short-lived recovery handle and transaction identifier in this tab’s session storage until the payment is collected or the tab is closed. The server-side checkout session expires after two hours. Download links expire after five minutes. Temporary rate limits use an IP-derived daily HMAC identifier rather than storing the raw address as an application record. Rate/session records are periodically removed after expiry. Application request-body logging is disabled; infrastructure providers still process requests under their own service/security policies.
Paddle
Paddle is merchant of record and processes payment, billing and tax information in its secure checkout. We do not receive full card details. See Paddle’s privacy notice. Purchase access verifies the current transaction/refund state with Paddle before granting downloads or site entitlements. No advertising analytics are included in our standalone purchase pages.
Removal and requests
Deactivation keeps plugin data. Deleting a plugin removes its own local settings/data; it does not delete database backups, files you exported or purchase records held for service and legal obligations. Release connected sites in purchase access before uninstalling if needed. Contact support@agenticecom.net about access, correction or deletion requests. We verify ownership and consider applicable retention obligations; no automatic account-deletion flow is provided.
