Scope: Admin Answers, Client Help Kit, Security Brief and the WordPress Care Toolkit. These are distinct from AgenticEcom’s proprietary Magento products and StoreCheckup subscriptions.
Software licence: all three WordPress plugins are GPL-2.0-or-later. The included GPL governs copying, modification and redistribution. Commercial site limits concern AgenticEcom update/support entitlements, not a restriction on GPL software rights.
Offers: Admin Answers is free. Client Help Kit is £29 for five sites. Security Brief is £19 for one site or £39 for five sites. WordPress Care Toolkit is £49 for both paid tools, sharing five site entitlements. GBP amounts include applicable tax. Paddle shows the final total before payment. These are one-time payments. No automatic renewal or trial subscription.
Service term: 12 months of eligible updates and product support from the verified payment date. Installed functionality continues without a connected purchase key and after the term. Optional renewal requires an individual written quote and a new customer-authorised payment; no renewal discount is promised for these products. Valid purchases retain access to versions first released on or before the term end. Refunded/revoked purchases lose future service downloads/updates; GPL rights to copies already received remain governed by the GPL.
Delivery: stay on checkout after payment and save the private purchase access file/key. Use the purchase access page for downloads and connected-site management. Private download links last five minutes and can be refreshed. If all access details are lost, support verifies receipt ownership before assisting. There is no automated email-recovery service in this release.
Support: installation and reproduction of faults in the described supported functionality. Backups, site administration, malware removal, bespoke development, hosting work and arbitrary third-party integrations are outside this purchase. No fixed response SLA is promised. Free Admin Answers support is best effort.
Refunds: a fault-based 30-day money-back guarantee for a reproducible fault in the described supported functionality that we cannot remedy through support. Contact support@agenticecom.net with the receipt and reproduction steps. Paddle handles the payment/refund as merchant of record. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or any applicable Paddle buyer terms. No unconditional change-of-mind guarantee is advertised.
Compatibility: single-site WordPress 6.8+ and PHP 8.2+. Tested combinations and exclusions are in the release notes. English interface. No multisite network support, universal host/theme/plugin compatibility, security certification or malware-protection promise. Security Brief reports bounded observations and areas requiring separate verification.
Purchasers: intended for business users. Any non-excludable rights and Paddle’s applicable buyer terms take precedence. I Enterprise Ltd trading as AgenticEcom provides the software/support; Paddle is merchant of record for checkout. The existing general website terms apply only insofar as compatible with these specific WordPress terms and the GPL; proprietary Magento licence restrictions do not apply to this GPL software.
