This statement is made in the spirit of Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps I Enterprise Ltd (trading as AgenticEcom) takes to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chain.
Our Business
AgenticEcom is a trading name of I Enterprise Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No: 13225768). We are a UK-based software business that develops and supplies digital products for ecommerce, operating from our registered address in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Our Supply Chain
As a digital business, our supply chain is short and low-risk: it consists principally of cloud and edge infrastructure providers, software tooling, and professional services such as accounting and legal. We have no manufacturing or physical-goods supply chain.

Due Diligence and Risk
We prefer established, reputable suppliers who themselves publish modern-slavery and ethical-trading commitments. Given the digital, professional nature of our supply chain, we assess the overall risk of modern slavery as low, and we keep this under review.
