Campaign links, rules and findings
The extension processes URLs you paste, rules you import and resulting findings only in extension-page memory, to perform the checks you request. This information is not transmitted to AgenticEcom or another service. It is available to the person using your browser profile and is not saved across reload or close.
There is no account, licensing service, advertising or product analytics. The extension has no website or browsing-history access and does not open pasted destinations.
Deletion, exports and clipboard
Clear workspace, reload or close removes session data. Clear batch removes its input and report but retains the applied rules for the current session. CSV and JSON files and clipboard copies are created only at your request and remain under your control until you delete or replace them. CSV includes original URLs; JSON contains conventions. Review these before sharing because they may contain personal or confidential information.
If you contact support
Your sender/contact details and message are processed by authorised support operators and our Microsoft email service to respond to and handle your request. This is separate from extension operation. Send a redacted example instead of campaign lists, credentials or customer data.
Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not promise an unverified fixed deletion schedule for mailbox backups. Contact support@agenticecom.net about access, deletion or other data rights. The company privacy and cookie policy provides our wider rights, recipient and contact information.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
UTM Link Guard uses campaign links and rule packs only for the local checks and exports you request. It does not sell that data, use it for advertising or unrelated profiling, transmit it to AgenticEcom or third parties, or give our staff access to the extension workspace. Its handling of information follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Voluntary support correspondence is handled separately as described above. Local processing is still data handling and is disclosed here.
Website and marketplace
Visits to this website are covered by the company privacy and cookie policy; the extension's lack of analytics does not describe this website. Google handles Chrome Web Store information under its own policies. This extension does not receive or transmit individual store-user identities.
