StoreCheckup help and support
StoreCheckup reviews one deliberately selected public website page and its accessible supporting files. The report-only revision removes contact discovery, recipient notes and message templates. Pro purchases remain disabled pending approval and release.
Run a page audit
- Open a public HTTPS homepage, article, service, category or product page.
- Click the StoreCheckup toolbar icon, then Audit this page.
- Read the summary, practical priorities and dated evidence. Expand individual checks to inspect what was observed.
- Use Saved reports to reopen a report and download its Markdown or JSON evidence.
Professional PDF reports
The planned Pro subscription adds local audits without the three-audit allowance limit and branded PDF downloads. Set your own company, name, business email, website label and logo in Pro & branding. With active Pro, choose PDF (Pro) on a report to download it. Your business email is presentation text in your PDF; it is not a prospect-discovery feature.
StoreCheckup does not discover contacts, keep recipient lists, draft messages, open email applications or send emails. Any sharing of your downloaded PDF takes place outside StoreCheckup.
Optional speed evidence and screenshots
A speed test is optional. Request a Google mobile test after granting the separate Google API permission, open PageSpeed yourself, or import a genuine Lighthouse/PageSpeed JSON report for the exact audited URL. Lab and real-user evidence are shown separately. A quota failure does not mean a website is slow. Review a visible-page screenshot before saving it; do not capture private information.
Allowances and limits
Three completed audits are free in total; incomplete audits do not count. The local library holds up to 100 reports within its storage budget. Export and remove old reports when full. The extension requires Chrome 116 or later. Account, admin, checkout and payment pages are excluded. Findings are a page sample, not a full-site crawl, complete accessibility/security certification or proof of actual crawler access, search indexing or AI citations. Confirm automated observations before changing a live site.
Billing and recovery, once Pro is available
Choose a plan, complete Paddle checkout, then return to StoreCheckup and select Check payment / refresh Pro. Save your private recovery file; it grants access to your licence and billing management. Manage subscription opens Paddle's portal. Uninstalling or disconnecting does not cancel future renewals. An internet connection is needed to refresh access; verified offline access lasts no more than 24 hours and never beyond paid coverage.
Get help and protect your information
Email support@agenticecom.net with the extension version, Chrome version, public URL if appropriate and the displayed error. Never send passwords, card details, identity documents or recovery secrets. Delete reports individually or use Delete all in Saved reports. Export first if you want a copy. Downloaded files are separate from local extension data.
