StoreCheckup · Chrome extension preview 0.2.5
How StoreCheckup handles your information.
Updated 13 October 2026 · applies to preview version 0.2.5
StoreCheckup is provided by I Enterprise Ltd, trading as AgenticEcom. Privacy and support contact: support@agenticecom.net. This notice covers the extension. Visiting this website and contacting support are separate activities. The extension is not yet published in the Chrome Web Store; no public Pro checkout or activation is available.
What the extension handles
StoreCheckup reviews a public HTTPS page when you click its audit control. It reads the chosen page’s URL, title, headings, metadata, structured data, visible link and control names, and image dimensions. It may request that same site’s public HTML, robots.txt and declared sitemaps to support the review. It records the evidence date, findings and available performance evidence in your local report library. It does not monitor your browsing in the background or request Chrome’s browsing-history permission.
If you choose to capture a screenshot, the visible page is captured for preview. You decide whether to keep it. Review the image for personal or confidential information before saving or sharing it. The extension attempts to exclude account, checkout, payment and other sensitive pages, but you should use it only on public pages and check the preview yourself.
You may enter your name, company, contact email, website label and logo, and save editable email subject/message templates. Licence tokens can be stored locally when verified licences become available. Public contact discovery, branded PDF and email-draft controls require an active Pro licence; public Pro activation and checkout are not available in this preview. Public email addresses do not prove consent or deliverability.
Where information stays
Audit evidence, approved screenshots, branding, draft templates, the free-audit counter and any verified licence token are held in Chrome’s local extension storage for your browser profile. This preview does not upload them to StoreCheckup servers, sync them through Chrome sync, send analytics or advertising events, or sell them. We do not receive your browser history, report library, logo or draft text.
Local storage is protected by your browser profile and device security; StoreCheckup does not add its own encryption to Chrome’s local storage. Keep your device and exported files secure. Do not put passwords, card details or other secrets in branding, templates or reports. The collector does not read form-field values.
Optional external requests and sharing
Public page and supporting-resource requests go to the website you choose to audit. That website may receive ordinary network information, such as the requesting IP address, under its own privacy practices. Supporting-resource fetches omit credentials. Running the collector reads the page already displayed in your browser.
Google performance checks are optional. If you enable an API check, the chosen public URL is sent to Google’s PageSpeed Insights service. Opening the public PageSpeed page also shares that URL with Google. Google processes requests under its own privacy policy. Quota or network failures are shown as unavailable evidence. You can instead import a Lighthouse JSON file locally; imported files are not uploaded to StoreCheckup.
Exports are downloaded locally. When an authorised email-draft control is available, choosing it opens your configured email application with a recipient, subject and message you can review. The extension never sends automatically, and does not automatically attach a PDF. You choose the recipient and any attachment. Your email provider and recipient handle material you send under their own arrangements.
Use, retention and deletion
Data is used only for the page-review, report, presentation, local allowance/licensing and manual draft functions you request. StoreCheckup does not sell user data, use it for unrelated advertising or profiling, or use it to assess creditworthiness or lending. Transfers initiated by you are limited to the relevant feature described above.
Saved data remains in the browser profile until you delete it or remove the extension/profile data. Delete individual reports or the whole library from History. Edit your branding and templates to remove details, or clear the extension’s local data through Chrome. Export first if you want to keep a copy. Files already downloaded and material you have emailed are separate copies; deleting a report does not delete those copies.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
StoreCheckup handles page evidence, locally saved presentation details and draft text only for the deliberate page checks, report and manual draft functions described here. Its handling of information follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or transfer user data outside permitted uses, use it for purposes unrelated to these functions, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. Optional requests to Google and user-directed sharing are described above.
Support, your rights and changes
If you email support, your sender/contact details, message and attachments are handled by authorised support operators and our Microsoft email service to respond to your request. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Mailbox backups are subject to the provider’s operational retention. Send only the minimum information needed to explain the issue; do not send licence secrets, passwords or private customer data. We have no remote access to your local library. Material changes, including a future paid licensing service, will be reflected in an updated policy and relevant in-product disclosures before activation.
For requests about access, correction, deletion or other data rights, contact support@agenticecom.net. We cannot retrieve local report data that we have never received. Our company policy gives wider rights, recipient, international-transfer and complaint information. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Google handles Chrome Web Store distribution and account information under its own policies. Visiting this AgenticEcom website is covered by the company privacy and cookie policy; the extension’s absence of analytics does not describe this website. A future paid licensing service will have an updated notice before it is enabled.
