Google needs an RSS feed with its own attribute names; Meta wants its catalogue format; Amazon, eBay, Bing, TikTok and a dozen comparison sites each demand their own columns, taxonomy and file type. Maintaining all of that by hand — and keeping it fresh as prices and stock change — is a job that quietly eats a day a week. Templates provide starting field maps, taxonomy and file formats, including specialised profiles. Check each channel's current specification before using a feed. Need something bespoke? The Custom XML, CSV and TSV templates let you define your own columns and structure.

Every channel is included. There are no premium tiers that hide Amazon or the comparison engines behind a higher plan — all 40-plus templates ship in the box. Feeds are built per store view. Check language, currency and output format for each configured channel before submitting a file.

Do feeds update automatically?
You can schedule regeneration through Magento cron or generate a feed on demand. Check the generation log, delivery status and channel import result; a schedule alone does not confirm acceptance.
How does the feed reach the channel?
Configure FTP or SFTP delivery to a destination, or download a successfully generated file from the admin. Check delivery and channel acceptance separately.
