All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and AgenticStore.

Prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due, as displayed in your shopping basket before checkout.

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your goods.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return most items within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to: earphones, intimate apparel, and perishable goods. These exclusions are clearly marked on the product pages.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or use the returns portal in your account. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our website or products.
